The
responses received to the recently issued November 2012 email/letter have not
produced a majority (51%) of Plots/Owners who support the application for a
change of use for Plots 78 & 79 from Tennis, Squash, Restaurant, Swimming
Pool to residential purposes by the construction of residential villas.
The lawyers
acting for the owners of Plots 78 & 79 have been advised of this result.
SPOA now
believe an application will be submitted to Loulé Camara by the owners of Plots 78 & 79 requesting
a change of use from Tennis, Squash, Restaurant, Swimming Pool to residential
purposes by the construction of two residential villas only, one on each plot.
This application will be subject to a public consultation through an internet site

when owners
wishing to object to the application are required to submit their objection in
writing within the timescale stated.
Constant monitoring of this internet site
is therefore required by owners wishing to object to the application for change
of use.
