Following the AGM all owners, for whom we have details,
were contacted with an explanation of how to collect their refund.
In total 59 owners are entitled to a refund. To date 36
owners have requested reimbursement and all these owners have been paid.
The
amount refunded so far is €19,732.49.
One or two owners are not claiming and have asked that
their refund be used for improvements in Salinas.
This leaves 20 owners still to contact us. Although it
was agreed that we would allow 6 months from the date of the AGM for refunds; any owners
who have yet to claim are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.
