1. Refuse. Work has started on the underground refuse bins which are replacing the “Moloks” Three units are being installed, two near the existing recycling bins and the third to replace the molok by Villa 13. Each unit comprises four underground bins.
2. One way system . The one way system requested at the last AGM is now operational. Traffic can not turn left between villas 40 and 41 when heading into Salinas. Traffic leaving Salinas must go straight ahead between villas 57 and 61. There is no left turn by the palm trees.
3. Palm Trees. Infraquinta removed three dead palms some time ago. They have been treating the rest in an attempt to save them but it seems at least a further three trees are infected
4. Landscaping The area by the tennis courts and the land originally designated as a play area has been tidied but the landscaping has not been started
5. Tennis Courts. We are still waiting for a definitive response from CML about our authority over this area
