The organisation of SPOA is based on the Articles of Association of 1991
Elections to the SPOA Committee are held annually and the full committee comprises three sub committees. The current committee members will step down but, with the exception of the Secretary of the General Assembly Panel, offer themselves for re election.
All owners are entitled to put themselves forward for election
General Assembly Panel 2 members Chairman and Secretary
Executive Commission 3 members Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer
Fiscal Board 3 members Chairman and 2 secretaries
Except for the Secretary of the General Assembly Panel all elected representatives must be owners
The General Assembly Panel is responsible for convening and conducting the AGM
The Executive Commission is responsible for the day to day running of the Association and carrying out the decisions of the AGM
The Fiscal Board oversees the work of the Treasurer and approves the annual accounts
If you wish to be considered as Chairman of a sub committee you should get the support of one or two other owners (depending on the committee) who will be willing to act with you on that particular committee.
A secret ballot will be held at the AGM with owners voting for the full sub committee.

Associação de Proprietários da Quinta das Salinas – Eleições 2010
A organização da Associação é feita em conformidade com os Estatutos da Associação (1991).
As eleições para os órgãos da Associação são realizadas anualmente e os referidos órgãos são:
Mesa da Assembleia Geral 2 membros Presidente e Secretário
Direcção 3 membros Presidente, Secretário e Tesoureiro
Conselho Fiscal 3 membros Presidente e dois Secretários
Exceptuando o Secretário da Mesa da Assembleia Geral, todos os representantes devem ser proprietários na Quinta das Salinas.
A Mesa da Assembleia Geral é responsável pela convocação e realização da Assembleia Anual.
A Comissão Executiva é responsável pela gestão corrente da Associação e pela execução das decisões tomadas nas Assembleias Gerais.
O Conselho Fiscal colaborar com o Tesoureiro e aprova as contas anuais.
Se deseja ser Presidente de algum dos mencionados órgãos, deverá obter o apoio de um ou dois proprietários (dependendo do órgão em questão), os quais estejam dispostos a fazer parte do mesmo consigo.
Na próxima Assembleia Geral será feita uma votação secreta e os proprietários votarão no conjunto de proprietários candidatos a cada um dos diferentes órgãos.
