Work on the roads was delayed because of the bad weather but Phase 3 is now complete
The recycling bins have been installed but are not yet in use
The existing 'moloks' will be replaced later with new bins for organic waste. These will match the recycling bins.

Some questions have been raised about the building work on Plot 21. SPOA is seeking clarification
A number of street lights have not been working: possibly due to the heavy rain. These have now been repaired
