Infraquinta request for information
You will recall that Infraquinta sent out a letter recently requesting information about your villa or apartment.
In future maintenance fees will be paid direct to Infraquinta and this information is needed is to allow them to calculate the fees that will become due
When owners were originally asked if they wanted Infraquinta to take responsibility for the management of Quinta das Salinas an overwhelming majority was in favour and it was on this basis that negotiations started.
We understand that at the moment fewer than 50% of owners have responded to the letter from Infraquinta.
It is in the interest of all owners that things go ahead smoothly and we ask that you provide the plans and any other information needed as soon as possible.
