It was discussed and agreed that Celia and Sara Caetano during their future meeting(s) with the Camara will try to get the roads repaired on a temporary basis, but will also try to get a firm commitment from the Camara for "permanent" repair at short notice.

It is very likely that the roads will have to be opened in the near future to repair malfunctioning water pipes/connections and therefore immediate resurfacing would not be advisable.
It was also agreed that we would request the help of Fernando Felizardo, who used to be the right hand of Raymond van Gelder. Mr Felizardo is well known by almost every boardmember and is expected to open doors at the Camara.
He will act as a consultant to the SPOA and his remuneration will depend on the success of his efforts.
Water
The letter above and the English translation (click on images to enlarge) should have been sent to all owners by Infraquinta.
Owners are required to sign up for the new water supply by 31st of December.
